Signing with a new agency usually comes with a small worry: what now? Who do I talk to? What do they need from me? When does something actually go live? And what happens if it does not work?
The short answer: a good onboarding takes one to three weeks. You get a named point of contact, a clear meeting rhythm, and a list of the accounts to share. Your first campaign typically goes live within two to three weeks of signing, faster if your tracking and content are already in place.
Here is how it works with us, step by step.
Who will be our day-to-day contact, and how often will we meet?
You get one account manager as your main contact. They know your business, keep track of everything, and are the person you message when something comes up. Behind them sits a team of specialists for each platform: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, SEO, content and design. You do not need to chase five different people.
A typical rhythm:
- First month: a weekly call. There are lots of decisions early on, and quick feedback makes the first campaigns better.
- After that: a short weekly report plus a call every two weeks, or weekly for larger accounts.
- Monthly review: a deeper look at results, what worked, what did not, and the plan for next month.
- Day to day: most of our clients in Lebanon prefer a shared WhatsApp group for quick questions and approvals. That is fine. We still confirm important decisions like budget changes in writing, so nothing gets lost in a chat.
You should always know who is working on your account and how to reach them. If an agency cannot tell you that clearly before you sign, ask why.
What account access do you need to get started?
We ask for partner access, not passwords. Every major platform lets you give an agency access to your accounts while you remain the owner. If you ever stop working with us, you remove our access and everything stays yours: the data, the pixels, the audiences, the history.
The usual list:
Advertising
- Meta Business Manager (Business Portfolio): partner access to your ad account, Facebook page, Instagram account, pixel and product catalog
- Google Ads: a link request from our manager account
- TikTok Business Center and Snapchat Business Manager, if we run ads there
Tracking and analytics
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Search Console
- Google Merchant Center, if you sell products on Google Shopping
Website and search
- Your website: a staff or admin account on Shopify, WordPress or WooCommerce
- Google Business Profile for each branch
- Sometimes domain (DNS) access for verifications, which your IT person or host can handle
Brand material
- Logo files, fonts, brand guidelines if you have them
- Product photos and videos you already own
- Past reports, previous campaign results, and anything you tried that did not work
Do not have some of these set up yet? That is common. We create what is missing, always in your name, so you own it.
How long from signing to our first live campaign?
A normal timeline looks like this:
Week 1: onboarding and audit. Kick-off call, access, a full audit of your ad accounts, website and tracking. We learn your margins, best sellers, customers and goals.
Week 2: setup and production. Fix tracking (pixel, Conversions API, GA4 events), build the campaign structure, and produce the first round of creative: photos, videos and ad copy.
Weeks 2 to 3: launch. Creative gets approved, campaigns go live, and the testing phase starts.
Can it be faster? Yes. If your tracking already works and you have good content ready, we can launch in a few days.
What slows it down? Almost always the same three things: waiting for account access, slow approvals, and tracking that needs rebuilding before we can trust the numbers. The fastest thing you can do after signing is share the access list above in the first two days.
Remember that launch day is the start, not the finish. The first 30 to 60 days are about learning, which we explain in how soon you can expect ROI.
How do you handle underperformance or changes in our business priorities?
Every account has bad weeks. What matters is how quickly it gets noticed and what happens next.
When results drop, we:
- Tell you first. You should hear about a problem from us, not discover it in a report.
- Find the cause. Tracking, creative fatigue, auction costs, the website, stock, or pricing. (We break this down in why your cost per acquisition keeps rising.)
- Agree a plan and a deadline. New creative, a budget shift between channels, a new offer, or a landing page fix, with a date to check if it worked.
- Pause instead of burning money. If a campaign is losing money and we cannot fix it quickly, we would rather lower the budget than keep spending to look busy.
When your priorities change, we adjust. A product sells out, a new branch opens, you want to push a different category for the season, or the market shifts overnight. In Lebanon and the region, that last one happens more than anyone would like. Plans are built to change: we move budget, pause campaigns, and switch content with you.
That is also why we do not lock clients into long contracts. If the work is not useful to you, you should not be stuck paying for it.
