This privacy policy explains how RD Digital Agency by Rabih Dib (“RD Digital Agency”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit rabihdib.com or contact us. We keep it short and plain.
Who we are

What information we collect
- Information you send us. When you fill in our contact form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server and security provider record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We may also use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, that use cookies to measure how visitors use the site.
- Comments. If you leave a comment on our blog, we store the name, email address and comment you submit.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you ask for.
- To provide and manage the services you hire us for.
- To understand which pages and content are useful, and to improve our website.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

- WhatsApp or other messaging apps, if you choose to contact us that way.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is kept in line with the settings of the analytics tool, usually no longer than 14 months.
How we protect information
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. We handle personal data in line with Lebanese Law No. 81 of 2018 on electronic transactions and personal data and, where they apply, the data protection laws of the countries our visitors and clients are in, including the GCC and the European Union.
